Why background image doesn't load when i copy from google and paste it?

I tried in both ways that is in html code and css code but my background image didn't load.. i copy the link of image from google and paste it but code doesn't work.. i just want to know that should i have to change something in link? Plz anyone help me

Ok just open your image in new tab . For that open img then tap it for 3 to 4 sec . Click on open in new tab option. Then copy the link and pest it. or use dropbox
