Image problem on Google search

Question

When I set my image as a profile photo on solo learn it shows the image on Google search. I deleted the profile photo but the image is still on Google search. I try to report on that but Google says they can't help if the authority don't remove the image.

What should I do now? Please help. I don't want my image on Google

Where you uploaded that..? If you uploaded that, then you can also remove the image..by editing.. Or replacing..
