Can someone suggest how to make best use of solo learning applications ?

I noticed I installed this app long time ago but mostly never used it. Now due to lockdown I had thought to improve my coding skills and learn something new. Please suggest on how to make best use of this application so that I can improve my skills.

Use this app and w3 schools.... you can also get a lots hindi youtubers teaching many coding languages. I would suggest "yahoo baba" and "thapa technical"
