Java Graphical user Interface

Goodmorning all,
I have a question. I am a beginner in Java and I would like to make a graphical interface of a chatbot java code. What is nowadays the best way to make a GUI in java? I have read that Swing and JavaFX are totally outdated, but I cannot find online which method is the best. If I search for graphical user interface in java I can only find java Swing tutorials.

Sabine Meijran-Prins Only Swing and JavaFX is available for GUI.
