Any advice to refresh memory if you've taken time away from coding?

I'm trying to refresh my mind on HTML. I already took the course but I forget a lot of it sadly. Is there anyway to can gain that knowlege back other than retaking the course?

You might have to retake the course. In case it feels boring starting all over you can choose a different learning method or platform. Also practice a lot so that you won't forget again in future

Rebekah D Luke An about me page or a contact me form is a good starting point. However to make your pages beautiful you need CSS

If the knowledge has already vanished, there's not much you can do, except relearn it in some way. However (for the future) you can *prevent* forgetting, if you apply a good repetition schedule - at least it works for me. Goes like this: https://code.sololearn.com/cBsq5rYsIB1A/?ref=app It looks like a lot of work, but basically it ensures that you repeat everything in time so that you don't lose it. Constantly learning and practicing and not taking long breaks would work even better, sure... But when life gets in between and you have no other choice than to put something on the back burner, with this method you can do damage control.

In the course, there is a 'take a shortcut' button. You will be given a quiz and if you pass it you can jump to an advanced part of the course
