I am wondering what the top 3 languages to learn would be, I mostly have experience in C++ and Java but would like to learn the most common/important languages.

It depends on the field you want . By the way if we see the progress report of the programing languages then there is only python which is growing. It's not my personal fact. The top search agency's say this

Please learn Python and JavaScript. Or maybe golang.

These languages have nice ecosystem. If you're a AI guy python is best. If you're a full stack developer guy JavaScript is best option. Golang is faster than python and is constantly developed by Google.
