How to improve my programming skills ?

I want to learn programming as fast as I can so what should I do ?

What matters is not the speed of learning programming, but quality. I watch lessons on YouTube. Everything is clear there. Sorry for my English. I'm from Russia.

Improving your programming skills and learning to code are 2 separate but interconnected things. To improve your coding skills, learn to touch type, learn how to use all the features of your ide/editor such as plugins and shortcuts. To learn programming faster, learn how to analyse code with tools like flowcharts and pseudo code. And do some deep practice.
