In which order comments are shown in comment box. I am not getting what pattern it follows.

At the codes? I think the most popular are displayed first. But you can also order by 'most recent'.

even sometimes my recent comments show on top and sometimes on bottom.
and where is option to select "most recent" ? I did not find
