How to point a new domain to existing subdomain

I  have a service, when each customer singup to my own website will gets a subdomain THEN how can my customers point their new domain name to their subdomain? https://www.custormer's.com to https://subdomain.Main.com I do not want to use google apps. it is possible ?

Okay, let me get this straight... So, you have a website, and you're giving out subdomains to people who become members of your site. Then, and here's the part that doesn't make sense, your customers will redirect their domain name to the subdomain that you assigned to them when they became members of your site? Here's where I'm confused - if your client already has a domain, why on earth would they want to downgrade and redirect it to a subdomain?
