If a Minecraft was develop in C++, would it be bugless?

Yeah it would be bug less to some extent due to less lag. Java uses much resources making the game heavy and collecting garbages leading to further memory issues. If coded in C++ with good coding and mixing languages like lua then it maybe better and lag free, but the only issue will be is modding, minecraft java can be easily moded by decompiling and compiling .jar file, but editing game coded with c++ would be a difficult job.

"bugs is not proportional to programming language" or there is no relationship between bugs and programming language it is we who code makes bugs but coming to your question C++ would be fast but you can't say it will be bugless.
