My operating system is window 7 i want to install python.3 on it and it requesting for update to window 7 service pack 1 and all applications updates are required to install Python 3.8.2 (64 bit). please update.

And second issue is can any one share linux file to me, i want to install it on my system and able to enjoy this training perfectly.

The error says exactly what you need to do, update your windows, especially now that it's out of support.

As for the ubuntu file, just google "ubuntu iso" and search for the distro you want.
