Why does people use internal css?

Cant they just use external css? It makes no sense.

Sure you can use external CSS,
You simply need to add a link to the HTML page

Yes, it makes no sense. But it is recommended to use external css.

For small files, when we have to less style our html. We uses internal css. But for most part people uses external css
