What should I learn after HTML?

After finishing this coarse on HTML, would CSS or JavaScript be the next step?

Exactly. CSS for the graphical content and JS for the functionality( you can make scripts or even games in js and put them to the HTML page) :))

If you are new with web desing, I recomend that you learn first CSS and JS after. That's not really a pre-requisited but it seems the natural way to do it. You could have also started with JS and then Html and CSS after that.
