How to Create a database for uploading nd retrieving?

Question

Actually i want to create a database for storing question papers class wise and subject wise
Also make it available for the users of my website view and download file based on their selection of class and subject.

Can anyone help me out with this how can i achieve it?🙂

Hello Ambani Stephen
I created a webpage using html,css,js
In this page user specifies branch, year,and subject and then uploads a pdf file. Based on the year and subject
The file should be stored in database.
But i am unable to do that.
i tried many times referring many websites.

how can i do that any help?

But i didn't get for pdf files.
I am able to do it for images.
