AFAIK, no one has all 48 badges. The closest (Filip, Hatsy Rei e.t.c.) have 40. And the few who do have the Certified Tester badge have less than you @Gami :D

As per my knowledge,Emma is a part of Sololearn Inc. or was a special guest. She has written blogs on Sololearn https://www.sololearn.com/Blog/35/how-i-didn-t-become-a-web-developer-in-just-one-month/

Well, the tech heads working at SoloLearn release updates to the learning material every now and then, so if they decide you're somebody they want on their quality assurance team, they'll give you a pre-release version of an app that they want you to test for bugs. In other words, in order to get the badge, you have to be one of SoloLearn's beta testers.
