does i loss xp when i lost in challenge
and if i lost challenge how much xp i lost

Yes, You will loss xp when you lost any challenge. It is depend on the challenge how much you will lost
For Example
Suppose there are two player PLAYER-1 and PLAYER-2. PLAYER-1 is excellent in any language (for example html) and PLAYER-2 is beginner at html. Now when both will play a challenge, if PLAYER-1 loss any challenge then he will lost 32xp because he is an experienced player. And if PLAYER-2 loss any challenge then he will lost 1xp because he is an beginner. And if PLAYER-1 won the challenge then he will won 1xp + challenge question correct, on the other hand PLAYER-2 will won 32xp + challenge question correct.
