By that, you mean the first guy to pioneer the concept of computer science, right? There's not really an easy answer to this question, since computer science is a field with a lot of fathers, but the one you really ought to know about is Charles Babbage. He was the guy who invented the "difference engine", which was a device meant to process large sets of numbers and print the results on a piece of paper. If you want to go REALLY deep into the history of computers, check out the Antikythera mechanism, invented somewhere around 200 years BC. We don't know who invented the thing, but it's a complicated machine that was most likely used for astronomy and keeping Olympics schedules.
