How to use "replaceChild" DOM of JavaScript multiple times on a single Element

Question

In my code of Changing the Time I had come across and unknown, unusual error when I try to update to live time using the replace child Event on a single HTMl element .... Can anyone fix my code or Give me a suggestion. I had used INNER HTML method to fix but I want to do Styling on it but unable to do with "innerHTML" so help my Code plzzzzzzz......
