I don't think you can guess globaly help for this on few posts... You need to ask for ( very ) more specific point ^^

I can retrieve good links, but mainly in french... ( and google tend to search french page :P )

Good ressources are on 2 mainly site: MDN ( Mozilla Developer Network ), and W3Schools...
The second is maybe a little more beginner friendly, but the first is a top ( as both ;) )
Try google search 'drag drop mdn' and 'drag drop w3schools', and you will get lot of first track :)
