is it possible to add seperate html file in single scroll effect??

i am creating (singlepage) website and i want to add scroll effect on it...i have created 3 seperate files for home,services and about us section...now i am confused that how to create scroll effect on this stage...plz help me

i mean scroll-behaviour...when i click on a given link and in result the screen scroll down and show the things that are in that link
