Do programming with a purpose. E.g. do it to achieve a certain goal even if it is a learning goal.

If you truly like coding motivation should be within you, to revive that just think deeply why you chose the thing you are doing. and take a break from coding for a day. during this break think why you chose coding

Slightly off the topic but if your lonely get a cat as they are the pet of choice for coders. They should not cause too much trouble and help you relax. Maybe a goldfish? I currently try to stay away from gaming or stay away from RPGs. Your motivation should be there is plenty of jobs for msny years so relax and study.

Keep a certain time period everyday for coding practice and do not use that time for anything else. Just for coding. This will allow you to get away from all other disturbances and enjoy coding..!

I also struggle with motivation but especially when the task is very large like wanting to rebuild my first laravel project but I think maintaining exposure to programming, such as coming to this app and doing a couple of lessons everyday, can help.

Yea getting a set time and disciplining yourself to it. Thats a good idea. I should do that and give myself a goal to work on one piece at a time one hour per day.

I started doin that with stretching cuz of my posture. Later on I can expand this daily regime into doing devops and server management also.
