C and C-plus is a good option. It gives better cpu performance than Python

Tanush Rathore It is up to you but if you are thinking data science I would head over to the learn tab and pull the data science material and work on some little projects to really get s good feel of what you learned before going into another language... imo

As tanush said its up to you but Language like java are essential b/c of there APIs and also used in many place.
