What the term "blink free zone" refers to in a website?? 🤔

Actually i was going through a website called "milk.com". Here it says,"milk.com is a blink free zone"! But What does it mean ?? Can anyone explain the idea ??!!

The little image next to the text shows <blink>. It's an HTML tag that no longer exists, that made text blink in the browser. It looks like milk.com was programmed in 1994, when everyone thought <blink> is the greatest invention since sliced bread. Good on them for knowing better.
