XP , wondering....

I have a little issue with the manner this app is working on,
To be more specific the XP system,

I dont get the point after it,
But thats not the point i wanna ask about here,

I wanna know the ways that gives you XP,
Rather than new lessons, challenges, or bandges ...
Anyone can help?
