Google play services not available . Solo learn app

Question

Whenever i start solo learn this message pops up. Although i can use solo learn after re launching it but it forbids me to use some features. I have play service installed in my device.

I'm having the same problem and also have Google Play Services installed and updated.. Don't know what's the problem here...
