Why can't I see the comments when I open someone's code?

If I click on someone's code, let's Jimmy's Calculator, when I open the code for Jimmy's calculator I can only see if someone up-voted or down-voted the code but I can't see the comments or add one myself, why is this happening? E. P. : I should add that while I am using the android app all of the common features all present but when I use the website all of them are missing

Many features in the app version of SoloLearn are missing from the web version. I guess you might of noticed that notifications, messages, and other stuff are not available in the website and so are comments in codes.

Next to the up-vote or down-vote there is a message like icon that's where the comment section is. It's not all the time that a website would be the same as an app. You can send feedback to sololearn👍😀

So I guess that's something they decided not to include in the website to attract more cellphone users....
