Please tag HTML. Without HTML the word cookie means just that, literally cookie 😋 IMO Google may use cookie data to decide "relevant" search results. But on the other hand, Google also keeps your usage history on their side, this is so they can still work accordingly even when you clear your web browser cookies. Now that you mention cookie, you make me hungry 🍪🍪🍪
