I’m trying to learn new languages, so far I know c++ and a little bit of html and css. Is JavaScript, C, or C# the best option for the next thing to learn?

Try to implement the concept you have learned so far, and in my opinion you should go with javascript so that you will be able to make dynamic webpages along with HTML and CSS.

Instead of learning other languages, I would suggest you to create projects with the known language.
