UPDATE sql query in Excel is it possible?

Hello ! Does anybody know If it Is possible to use UPDATE SET = "target value' In Excel ? I need to replace values in some of the lines, and the task IS very specific about using an sql query , though I have no idea how to make such query by means of Excel.

If this is still an issue you're wrestling with... do you mean that you're using Excel to build the SQL query? Or are you trying to use the SQL query to edit the Excel file?
