How do I put a questian and answer program in to html.for example if the user puts I am happy then will display that's great.

Please don't write a sentence in Relevant Tags ('pleas answer my question'). Instead, tag a relevant language e.g. HTML.

Also you may gain better response if you included your code link for a review. It is unclear how you get user input, are you using input box or prompt dialog. This uncertainty makes people hesitated to answer because of lack of information.
