Improve your skills by doing somehting that can be applicable in real world, at least for me it always works as a great motivator.

Edit: Almost forgot, ersonally I enjoy finding video tutorials doing real-life projects, like code-alongs, so far those were the most engaging and useful practices for me, besides working on the projects. Nowadays hundreds of youtubers are doing different projects live or letting you see the whole coding process, research, debugging, etc...
