Between Kotlin, Java and C#, which is the best programming language for creating apps?

I am having difficulties in choosing between Android Studio (Kotlin and Java) and Xamarin forms (C#)

Personally, I like Intellij better than Android Studio for both Java and Kotlin development. They also created Kotlin so their support for it will be slightly ahead of others. I'm going Kotlin, but you should pick the language you enjoy using more.
