Linux Commands -> God Like Feeling Everything in Linux is in your hand If it's good also or bad, so if your More Familiar with programming then Linux otherwise use IDEs

It depends. I really miss the DOS command line text editor in Windows. In Linux I use Vim or Nano, especially for small things and tests. But for bigger projects you want to have an IDE.
