It wasnt easy though so I will give you a hint. First familiarize yourself with the rules of roman numerals. Assign your variables. Start with small steps like just numbers 1-4,1-10,etc. , decide which strcture makes sense(list, dictionary, etc). After youve done that come back and ask your questions

I dont nderstand this kind of question. There are plenty of codes available. Just Google it. I spent weeks figuring out a code for Roman Numeral conversion. If you expect someone else to do your homework you will never learn
