What is best constructor html+css+js for Windows? Notepad?

I use Visual Studio Code and Notpad++. Atom is also good.

It’s all about convenience. You download the editor, write on it, see if you like it or not. I found Visual Studio Code for myself as the best editor in my opinion, along with good plugins.

Well, for the web dev i recommend the Visual Studio Code, the sublime is good to but you need to pay, so i really recommend the Visual Studio code and you can install the extensions on the Vscode
