You're on a learning site that's nice enough where you can go through documentation, quizzes, and labs all in one place. Find a language that interests you and try it out. If you are still confused on where to start... think of a problem, and search for a solution. I'm not an expert by any means (I'm just around between a lot of different training material), but I can say that you will typically learn and retain the most when you're working on something you're interested in. Of course, you need to get down the basics first if you're completely brand new. Good luck :)

python is a good start. But you can really start anywhere according to your goals. The important part of your question is 'how' and the answer to that is by taking it step by step and making sure you understand the concepts and practice them before you go on. This app is awesome . Make use of all its features and you will be well on your way.

It depends. Start with python if you are a creative person that needs a tool to do things. Start with C++ if you are an analytical person that likes to understand things deeply.

If it is a good option. Start with the tutorial learning the basic syntax. Then you learn the functions and practice a lot.

Sololearn is good only for code playground. If you want to grasp every little or big concept then you should join 'Python for everybody' free course available on Coursera.org by the university of Michigan. It's great and i have personally done it and i felt that that is better than any other sites like sololearn, codeacademy, w3shool etc. Thank you.

dont be in a hurry to finish the course. what matters is the quality of your understanding and amount of time youve dedicated towards practicing and experimenting with code. hopefully youve got py installed on your machine. you can run py scripts and commands right from the command line which is a good way to practice.

Start with python as your beginning language and slowly grasp the rudimentary ideas about how it works. Once you've mastered it, move on to learning other languages which you think suits your coding style.
