Definitely PC(workstations, laptops or maybe consoles), even android developers also prefer PC for programming

Advantages of PC over phone :

*You got a big screen and if you have xps then maybe 4k.

*you got keyboard where you can use all your fingers to type instead of using your thumb on mobile

*on Oc you can get really good IDE's then on mobile

* you can mange your program better on PC then mobile

Etc etc etc

Coding from mobile also handy. You can do simple code using your phone anywhere. But of course from pc much better because you got big screen & easier to type.

So for me, to write simple code i prefer mobile.
For complex code i prefer pc.
