How to make me understand if i had started c++and left it at half and started other languages but can not understand

I started c++ at beginning and left it at half.then i started html and also left it at half. Then i started a c#,c,php and java script but also left them at half. Now i am learning python but unable to understand anything . How to make me understand it .
