How to submit code to coding challenges?

What is the best way? When i look into a challenge should i just memorise all the conditions and go to code playground and save it there? How you do it?

In Sololearn coding challenges, check bottom left part, there is an option named COMMENTS, click there.

Add a comment along with code link. DONE.

Copy the description and add it in your code as a comment.

It is just not very convenient to jump back snd forth between conditions and IDE. That's what I am saying.
