will learning web development be a good decision in 2019?

Question

I've recently started learning web development..learnt html, css and a little bit of JS..I've learnt c programming in high school.. I found some document on the web saying that web development will go instinct in the future because people are moving towards smartphones and there are some AI that can generate websites according to users requirements so the need for web developers are decreasing day by day..Some of my seniors has also suggested me to learn android development as it has more stable future and demand..

now please I'm asking for recommendations weather I should learn full stack development or move to android development or something else..
