Coder needs help how do i comment or message them about their code?

exactly what is says. im on desktop and cant find where to comment or message them. i saved the code but that didn't help him

go to his profile and click on his code and you should get a pop-up at the top of the screen. when that happens click on comment

on desktop i also got troubles commenting. had tobswitch to the app.
