Which programming language is good for what and how many applications are there for programmers ?

Hello , I'm new here and i have 0 knowledge about programming I read alot of questions but couldn't find my answer in them My concern is : what if there's a topic or other professionally out there and i didn't know about it, and i later hear about it and regret ( excuse my ocd😓) For example i kinda know there's stuff like ( web development, robotics, game development,......) But i don't know all of them that associated with programming . I'd really appreciate if someone made a list for me with all categories and programming languages associate with them and if you recommend which one to start with in them it'll be superb. Ihave been looking through posts but couldn't find it , so if there's a post that I have missed or other links that explains that in depth It'll be greatly appreciated. I really like programming and I'll take it seriously but i want to make sure that I'm taking the right path that's all. Thank you in advance ❤❤❤

As you said, there are a lot of things you can do as a programmer, and that everyone is really good in 1 "root" of programming You have to know that web development is very wide, there are a lot of technologies, and you can be a backend developer (what the user doesn't see), a frontend developer (what the user interacts with) and as a designer (what the user sees), you can only master one As a game developer you can create engines, environments, levels, and a lot more, but like in web developer you'll only be able to master one or you can be an indie developer and do all of them, and I don't really know pros and cons about that. You need knowledge in physics and math. You can also get into data science and AI, you'd need a lot of math, you'll research data about people, and can also develop AI There's also software development and system engineering, which have self explanatory names, you develop apps and maintain them, I don't know much about that Rechaed word limit
