I came across word called lotus123 software....

is it same as excel ? is it currently obsolete ? what makes it different from Excel ? how does it feel when we use lotus123 compared to excel.... is there / was there any advantage of lotus123 compared to excel.? any one who has used lotus 123? is it free if I want to give it a try now...?

and last but not least, can I do coding from c++ for lotus123 ?

It is an old spreadsheet application that predated MS Excel.
