Why has the number of xp gotten from winning challenges reduced?
As I levelled up the number of xp gotten from challenges have reduce. Currently getting 1or 2xp from winning aside that of the questions answered. And when I lose about 27xp is deducted.

That is because you have gotten more experience and more XP so now you're a higher ranking challenger.
