How can we tag someone in the comments of a code?

I wanted some of my friends to look at an amazing code. But I don't know how to tag someone....
Please tell me how to do it ?
I'm really puzzled..🤔🤔

Tagging someone works by adding @ before their username.
@ + Great Pyramids => Great Pyramids 🏜
However, either you should be following your friends or they you, as you can't simply tag anyone on the platform.
