How to post a comment

gives me the option of replying to a comment (within a course) but not to compose a new one, why is that?

In order to create a new comment, you need to slide the comment section up to cover the entire page and tap on the "+" button to add a new comment.

I have had the same doubts in my early days here. The feature was vague lol.

I don't know... there's just no such sign in there... only @ the q&a section do I see it...
