Help for beginners?

Hi there, aside from being well-versed in MATLAB, I am a total beginner in coding. I've started on the HTML fundamentals course and it seems a good start, and doable. Which course should I do after that? I think Python may be a useful language for me to know, but at a glance, the python 3 course looks a lot longer and more involved than the html one. Would this be too much of a jump from once I finish HTML? Are there any other courses which anyone can recommend to follow on instead, that are considered either easy or important for beginners? Any other advice for starting on my learning would be appreciated.

Molly McClean hi, If you are well versed in MATLAB then the best utilization of that would be to go in the image processing field where by various means of algorithm and mathematical operations you can get knowledge of an unique and good knowledge to implement over images. Image processing is an great field of programming where you will learn many things and effects and algorithms that can be applied on images to get more information from that image Have these 🍎 🍎 🍎 🍎

on the one hand, since you are already proficient with matlab it would make sense to learn python as it is known for it’s powerful math related functions. However for the html you just learnt to be any useful, I’t would make sense to learn css at least.
