Question

Hi I'm almost begginer inC++ I was trying to code a program in which i could enter all rows and columns of an array my array is 3×4 then i wish it displayed all numbers i entered i use two for loop in it i couldn't code this and it showed some errors please help me

Btw it's a multisimensional array -> matrice or matrix
