Html5 vs Java (vs Python?)

Question

Many sources from the internet and many users told me to use Java to build android games, but i wonder, which one run smoother on android? Java or Html5?

And, is python good for making games? Because python is just simple and wonderful..

Oh and maybe this is not too important, but my laptop's RAM is 1gb and i have Intel Pentium

html5 isnt really meant for android app games.

java is good..or look into koitlin or javascript and react native.

python is not the best for app games

Jason Kennedy but JAVASCRIPT is the part of HTML5, because Html5 is not only html..
Anyway what is kotlin?
