Copyright Violations in SoloLearn User Submitted Codes

Even though the Terms and Conditions clearly states that: "You represent, warrant, and agree that you will not contribute any Content or User Submission (each of those terms is defined below) or otherwise use the Services or interact with the Services in a manner that: *infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else (including SoloLearn)" I've seen many user submissions which include Copyright Violations. Should I report? © Jake The Great
